Getting Started

Discount codes cannot be combined. Each discount code can only be used at once and for one order.

While there are multiple codes active, only one coupon can be used at a time.

Shipping

At Verliz, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging, which can take 2-4 business days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination, which can take 7-12 business days.

We are currently shipping to the Unite States only. However, we have plans to expand to more countries in the future.

Good news! Shipping is FREE on all US Domestic orders of $40 or more.  A flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 is charged on all domestic orders less than $40.  For our exact shipping policies, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

Generally, the order will be processed within 2-4 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the Post-Office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

If you place your order after 11:45 am Eastern Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

We ship directly to most international countries.  Per local laws, all import taxes, duties, and VAT will be your responsibility once the package arrives in your country.

We typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days. If you select Expedited shipping at checkout, we'll ship within 2 business days depending on which time in the day the orders are placed.

We ship all items with United States Postal Service (USPS). For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

We ship all orders from our USA factory. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

• Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days

Check your local mail carrier website for the latest updates on how Covid-19 is affecting deliveries. These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Route. Route will contact you with all insurance info and terms via email.

Route will inform you of the shipping and tracking for your package, regardless of whether you have purchased the insurance.

*Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

Orders & Delivery

To track the location or the status of your order, you can either Click here on Track My Order or At the bottom of the page, click on the Track Order option from the CUSTOMER CARE menu. Then enter the tracking number that was sent to you via email to start the tracking process.

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to local currency for you.

For USA domestic orders, you have the option of Express order processing at checkout. This will prioritize your order for shipping within 2 business days where possible. We hope to offer Priority carrier options for USA and International orders in the near future.

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

We accept 12 hours notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at support@verliz.com.

Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

We will still do our best to try to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.

Please Contact Our Support Team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery (total 7-12 days from order).  

All Canadian and other International orders can take up to 14-21 business days to arrive depending on the country. 

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims.  You have the option to request a required signature upon delivery of your package in the notes section in your shopping cart. 

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look. This allows our sellers to create many different products with their artwork, without needing to make & photograph thousands of products a day.

It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.

Please contact our support team, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order. Alternatively, you can also Live Chat by clicking on the Bubble at the bottom right hand corner of our site

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was delivered on eligible items.

If item was not used or opened you can mail it back to us and you will get a refund. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, no damage, no visible makeup or deodorant on, in their original condition as you received it, with all tags attached and must also be in the original packaging. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our Customer Service Center for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.

*Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance is non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not receive the exact product that you expected, just let us know asap and we will work with you to get you a new one! 

Check out our Returns Policy page. This has everything you need to know to make your return fast and easy.  We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided. 

We do not provide free returns or exchanges on international orders.

Payment, Promotion, & Gift Cards

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to local currency for you.

1. Pay With Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, JCB, Diners Club, Venmo)

The available credit card options are listed above. If your credit card company is not listed, you can change payment methods or contact our Customer Service Center for help.

Please note that Verliz does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

 

2. Pay With PayPal

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

We do offer Gift Cards through our web store. Click here to go directly to the Gift Cards Collection.

Unfortunately, Verliz eGift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an eGift card is purchased, it is instantly delivered to the email address provided during the purchase. Therefore, it cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing the purchase to ensure you select the correct amount and recipient details. If you encounter any issues with your eGift card, please contact our Customer Service Center, and we'll be happy to assist you.

My Account

Trouble logging in? It's possible you did not create an account during the checkout process but instead placed the order as a "guest." You can still create a new account.

If you are sure you have an account with us, try resetting your password by clicking the "forgotten password" link under the login fields.

If you are not getting the reset your password email, it's possible we don't have an account with the email address you entered. To 100% confirm if you have an account, try creating a "new" account with that same email.

If you get an error this means your account does exist. If you are able to create an account, this confirms you did not have an account before.

There are two ways you can update your account password.

1. Before logging into your account if you click the "Forgot Password" link right under where you enter your email and password. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.

If you are not receiving an email, it's possible you don't have an account. To confirm, try creating an account. If you are able to create an account using the same email, you did not originally have an account.

2. Log into your account using your current password and under "Account Information" click "edit password"

To change your delivery address on your account, follow these 2 steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Under the heading “Address” select "Manage shipping and billing addresses" this is where you can edit existing shipping and/or billing address information.

*Please note we are unable to change the delivery address on an order that has already been placed.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In no case shall VERLIZ, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
