Welcome to our Shipping Information page! We're committed to providing you with the best shopping experience, and that includes ensuring your orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. Below, you'll find all the details about our shipping process, including delivery times, costs, and policies.

We ship worldwide! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our store products are made.

Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.

 

Processing Time

All orders placed on Verliz.com are subject to a 1-5 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. During this time, we carefully check, pack your items and prepare them for shipment. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, so be sure to consider this when placing your order.

  • If you place your order after 11:45 am Eastern Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information to the email address used during the purchaseThe given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time. Here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

  • Domestic 🇺🇸 7-14 Business Days
  • International 🌎 12-25 Business Days

 

Exception

*** All of our "POD Gifts" products are custom-made and produced after purchase. Once produced, delivery may take approximately 4-5 days.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping🚚:
    Our standard shipping option is free on all orders over $40. Delivery typically takes between 12 to 20 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    For faster delivery, choose our expedited shipping option at checkout. Delivery usually takes between 7 to 12 business days. Costs for expedited shipping vary based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.
  • Priority Shipping:
    If you need your items as soon as possible, select priority shipping. Orders with priority shipping are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. This option incurs a higher cost, which is calculated during checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.

 

International Shipping

We ship to a wide range of countries. However, shipping times may vary based on your location, customs clearance procedures, and other factors. International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your shipment's progress and get an estimated delivery date. Please note that it may take 2 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated.


Separate Shipments

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure that all orders arrive on time, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, public holidays, sales, or any other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. If your order is delayed, please allow a few extra days for delivery.

In the rare event that your package is lost or severely delayed, please contact our customer service team at support@verliz.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or providing a refund.

* Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there's a mistake in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is shipped.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that after placing an order you may want to make some changes in it or cancel it. If you need to change (quantity, color, size, shipping address information, etc.) or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order to submit your request. We're available 24/7 at support@verliz.com.

* Please note that any request received after 12 hours period after placing the order will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been processed.

We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.

 

Shipping Disclaimers:

  1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

  2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

  4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

  5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

  6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

  7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.

  8. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are non-refundable.
