Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

At Verliz, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases and aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. The quality of products are strictly inspected and in accordance with international production standard. Therefore, you are advised to look over product pages for more details and accurately select the quantity, size, color, and style during your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or that you may need to return or exchange an item. 

This page outlines our policies on returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. 

Please review them thoroughly to be aware of the conditions and procedures.

 

 

 

 

Returns*

We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was delivered on eligible items. 

If the item is in your possession for more than 14 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Therefore, its return request will be politely declined. We hope you understand. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, unwashed, no damage, no visible makeup or deodorant on, with all tags attached and must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
  • Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Please, see Non-Returnable Items list below.
  • Combined Returns: Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please make sure to read our items description carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

 

Return/Exchange Request Instructions

To initiate a return(if applicable), please contact our customer service team at support@verliz.com with your full name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return/exchange, and attach relevant materials.

Please follow these instructions for a return request:

  1. Take some photos of the problem. If the problem is size, please use a ruler.
  2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Return/Replacement Request” to support@verliz.com.
  3. Please include the following:
  • The photo(s)
  • A specific description of the issue
  • The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue.

Our support team will respond as soon as possible and Return Instruction (including the the address of the nearest warehouse) will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours to get a response from us.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, every once in a while, an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with your order number and photos of the damage or defect immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we will be more than happy to replace or refund the item, including shipping costs.

 

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product description before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Gift Cards, Free gifts, or Promotional items
  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
  • Sunglasses, Earrings
  • Bodysuits, Leggings
  • Lingerie / Lounge, Swimwear / Cover-ups
  • Activewear / Shapewear
  • Visibly Worn items
  • Select White Items
  • Personal Care Items (such as beauty products)
  • Custom-made, handmade, special orders or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • The product with stain, perfume smell or deforming and in their damaged packaging.
  • Items purchased with a gift card or store credit
  • Items outside of policy window


    Our Responsibility

    • Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
    • Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color, or size.

    Your Responsibility

    Oops! Somewhere along the way, you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it’s up to you to sort things out and unfortunately, we cannot refund your item.

    For example:

    Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.

    Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend to place insurance/tracking on the return package for proof of return.

     

    Return Shipping Costs

    • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. 
    • Shipping Cost Deductions: If a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

     

    Exchange Policy*

    We only replace items free-even if they are defective or damaged. If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part(wrong color, size, style, defects or damage), first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are more than happy to replace or exchange any item that we missed the mark on. 

    To initiate an exchange:

    1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@verliz.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
    2. Exchange Eligibility: Ensure that the item is in its original condition and has not been used, worn, or washed.
    3. Replacement Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out the exchange item. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply, depending on the situation.

    If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

     

    All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.

      

    Refunds* 

    You can apply for a refund within 14 days of the date you received the package. We are more than willing to process a refund for mistakes made on our end. 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.

    If your return is approved, a refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. For immediate refund if you prefer, we can refund you through Gift Cards or Store Credit.

    • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) returned. However, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).  

     

    Late or Missing Refunds(if applicable)

    If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time, here is what to do:

    • First, check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@verliz.com, and we will assist you further.

     

    Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect item, size, color, quantity, etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at the time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.

    Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge. We also provide full refunds in instances of defective or damaged goods.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed, and we may not be able to cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more details.
